New Ideas for a New Year

I'm not a fan of the word Resolution ... I think we all know that most people get all hopped up around the new year ... make so-called "Resolutions" only to give up on them by 'mid to late January. So, over time the word has almost become synonymous with "Broken Commitments."

While a brand New Year seems to be an ideal time to begin making changes ... we all know how challenging, if not downright difficult that is ... It's the extremely rare individual that can stay the course without inspiration and support.

You must know by now that I love quotes ... So here's a list of inspiring ideas
